Exciting News: FCMM Annual Meeting in San Antonio!
Have you ever wondered how ministries serving the military come together to make a difference? The Fellowship of Christian Military Ministries (FCMM) is a coalition of organizations and individuals dedicated to providing biblically centered support, outreach, and care for military members, veterans, and their families. This March, from the 23rd to the 25th, FCMM is hosting its annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas, with Club Beyond ministry as the gracious host. We’re thrilled to share that Linda Sheimo, Executive Director of Olive Branch International (OBI), will be attending this important event and presenting an OBI update to all in attendance.

What makes this meeting special? It’s all about unity. Ministries from across the country—and even internationally—will gather to share ideas, encourage one another, and work together to address the unique challenges faced by military families. Whether it’s small groups for trauma recovery, worship gatherings, or fellowship events, each ministry brings something valuable to the table. By joining forces, they amplify their impact and provide a stronger spiritual foundation for those who serve.
Spotlight on Olive Branch International’s Global Ministries
Linda Sheimo will be especially blessed to share with fellow FCMM ministries the remarkable work OBI is doing around the world. In Ukraine, OBI and its subsidiary OBU are running a civilian safety program, supporting chaplain teaching and training, and providing spiritual and moral support for military wives and widows. Their efforts also include trauma recovery initiatives and youth spiritual and moral education, helping families and communities heal and grow. In Kenya, OBI is teaching and training both civilians and military personnel in trauma and mental health issues, partnering with local organizations to raise the standard of care for children and families facing extreme challenges. Linda’s opportunity to share these stories and strategies will not only encourage others but also strengthen the bonds of unity and collaboration that are at the heart of FCMM.

of the Nine Host Ministries of FCMM
At FCMM, unity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the heartbeat of everything they do. Every ministry, no matter its size or focus, is seen as an essential part of the body of Christ within the military. When ministries collaborate, they create a powerful testimony of faith, hope, and love, offering a spiritual “home” for military families wherever they are stationed. This annual meeting is a wonderful reminder that together, we can accomplish so much more than we ever could alone.
If you share the heart and vision of Olive Branch International, we invite you to consider supporting our ongoing work. Your financial gifts make it possible for us to continue bringing hope, healing, and practical help to military families and communities around the world. Thank you for standing with us in this important ministry!
Blessings,
