June and July are one of our favorite times of the year. The OBI board and so many volunteers prepare with excitement and great effort for the yearly Ukraine English Camp and this year our first English Camp ever in Moldova. Our team leaves this month for the Ukraine English Camp. The Moldova camp is in mid-July.
Your immediate support of these English Camps will contribute to igniting changed lives in teens. So many teens have participated in the past and now are leaders inspiring spiritual life change as well as emotional breakthroughs.
Volunteers such as Linda, Summer and Alexandra are an inspiration to see in action.
These camps prompt frank discussions with teens who have had to deal with undue stress, pressure and traumatic events based on their military family deployments and service. Separation from parents, parent’s military deployments and natural disasters put teens in situations that require a significant amount of resilience.
This is an important time in their lives to work through the stress and pressure of being a part of a military family. These camps deliver educational, emotional and spiritual refreshment.
