Breaking News About Ukraine Travel by Caroline Grube

An OBI team of four women will travel to Ukraine to join about 60 Ukrainian sisters for a training retreat in late July. Careful, detailed plans for safe travel are being made. The goal of this event is to coordinate with an already dynamic ministry of Christian women’s clubs and the training of sisters who, within the framework of Olive Branch, serve female military personnel, as well as wives, families, and mothers of military personnel.

The training event will be attended by women, mainly from regions suffering from the aggressive actions of the Russians. The leaders and two or three members of their club will attend so that they can bond as a team and be renewed for further service with spiritual support and experience of the gospel that American sisters impart.

We covet your prayers for:

·       Travel mercy for the OBI team and the Ukrainian sisters, as all of them travel to the retreat center.

·       Hearts to be touched and strengthened for the uncertain days ahead, according to the theme of the retreat “The Victorious Power of Faith,” 1 John 5:4-5.

·       Continued financial support of this ministry in the days ahead.

·       For peace in the region.
